The company also offers design-build services for clients seeking turnkey construction projects. The owner, Fred A. Phipps III, is a lifetime resident of New Orleans, Loyola University of New Orleans alumnist and possesses a Master of Business Degree (MBA).

The primary goals of our company are to provide our customers with fair pricing, outstanding customer service, and to provide high quality work. Phipps Enterprises, LLC does not compromise it's position by using cheap quality building materials or poor quality labor as many other firms are doing during our rebuilding. The company is also a member of the BBB, Home Builders Association, Builders Trade Association, an approved Road Home contractor, and a FEMA approved (HMPG) Residential Elevation/Reconstruction contractor. We are also an Independant Authorized Dealer for Rockford Steel Buildings.
